Shipping
Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Please contact me if you need your order by a specific date taslishaw@gmail.com

Orders within Canada:
In order to keep costs as low as possible, Canada Post letter mail (regular and oversized) will be used when possible. Please note, letter mail is an untracked service.
Orders that do not fit letter mail regulations will be sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel™

Orders to the USA:
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA™. A valid phone number is mandatory for shipping to the USA - without it, I cannot create a shipping label. I apologize for this.
Any tariffs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

International orders:
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International™. A valid phone number is mandatory for shipping to countries outside of Canada - without it, I cannot create a shipping label. I apologize for this.
Please note that international shipments could take more than a month to arrive. If your package has not arrived in 40 days, please contact me taslishaw@gmail.com

Packaging
Recyclable and/or compostable materials are used when possible. I also use re-used packaging for some orders, so there may be imperfections in the bubblewrap or other materials used.

Lost or Damaged Items
Please contact me if your item arrives damaged so I can help you with refund or replacement. Providing photos of the damage will help me file a claim with Canada Post taslishaw@gmail.com
If your package has not arrived in 40 days and you believe it is lost, please contact me taslishaw@gmail.com
